Hello Punch Passer’s,
I know I told you I would only bother about once per month, but I do not want you to miss out on these studio updates!
QiGong is now being offered in person at our Portland location! Join Jade Practitioner James Constantine, LAC every Friday at 8am for this ancient, gentle, strength and coordination building practice that is the epitome of meditation in motion. This class is limited to 3 participants and vaccinated students are welcome to remove masks.
Our Summer Pop-Up series is debuting with a Men’s Stretch Intensive! Held live in Payson Park, here in Portland ME, this 75 minute offering is for all the guys out there who can’t touch their toes, who’s hip flexors or IT bands are so tight leg crossing is difficult (or impossible), or those of you who wake up each morning with lots of stiff, crunchy, aches and pains. Hosted by yours truly and Chris Byrne, owner of Metta Movement, this intensive combines a blend of disciplines to help open and introduce mobility to those places most affected by the natural structure of the male anatomy. Share with someone you love today!

As you may already know, in-person classes are finally starting at our Brunswick Studio, but did you know that up to 5 students may sign up for those classes...it's a bigger space!
Also, just a heads up to all you mid-day heroes out there, Tuesday and Thursday Barre/Yoga Blend classes are now at 10:30, as is the Wednesday Barre class.
And finally, There is a new video in the Punch Pass content library Gentle Yoga: The Transverse Abdominis one. And, in honor of Men’s Health Month, all of June’s How To Yoga videos are featuring some fundamental poses that really target the specific range of motion inherent in all guys and the Jade practitioners and students who love to practice them...a big thanks to Jade student Frank Hopkins for demoing how to stretch hip flexors in Anjenayasana!
