Hello All!

And, for our Brunswick yogis, be on the lookout for In Person class options dropping later this month! Hint, a big part of our Brunswick classes will be brought to you by our newest Jade instructor Heather Laffely, Try her Tuesday evening, All Levels Zoom class and get to know her! Now at a new time of 5:30.
Have you checked out our YouTube channel lately? We just wrapped up a series of yoga videos all intended to relieve seasonal allergies, and this month our How To Yoga series will feature poses following our May theme of Women’s Health. Look for a Yin pose from Alice, 2 short videos from our PT yoga teachers, Angela & Karie, and of course, one from yours truly. Each of our videos are packed with information on how to institute a better understanding of alignment, or adapt a pose you may have been hesitant to try before, so take a yoga break and check them out, or share them with someone you love. Here is the latest addition to the channel!
And if you’re having trouble connecting with us on Zoom try an installment from our Jade Content Library on Punch Pass! All you need is an active pass to view a favorite class, presented by one of our skilled teachers. There’s a new Yin class that is definitely a hit at my house...our content library means that you can make your yoga a priority ON YOUR TIME, so go ahead, close the door, unroll your mat, and breathe.
That’s all I have for now, but please reach out with anything you’d like to share! I really love to hear from you, and I’ll always get back to you <3
My best to you and yours,
Be safe,
Be well,
Be loved,
Namaste~
(literally means all the good stuff in me goes out to all the good stuff in you!)
