The last year has tested our ability to connect, and (if you’re feeling anything like us) the winter has gotten LONG. We are excited to announce that Birth Roots Center for Community Parenting and Jade Integrated Health have teamed up to welcome spring through movement and community in our first-ever virtual two-day fundraiser, Exhale into Spring.

Sarra.png

On March 19th & 20th, we will gather virtually to enjoy offerings that will move and restore our bodies, focus our minds, and help us breathe. Together, we will take big exhales as we let out the breath we’ve been holding onto all winter and honor Spring Equinox and with it the warmer, more connective months ahead.

Tickets to this two-day event are $50, and include access to twelve select offerings designed for women and families at any stage of parenting. From women beginning their fertility journey, currently pregnant, to those who have recently (or long ago) delivered their children. We also have opportunities for non-birthing partners and parents to connect through meditation, breathwork, and sounding, as well as a Saturday morning music class for parents and children

All proceeds from this event will benefit the Birth Roots Resilient Roots Campaign, which aims to ensure Birth Roots can continue to support parents and families through and beyond the pandemic.

Sessions will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, March 19th, and 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 20th. We invite you to participate live (through Zoom) in all of the sessions that work with your schedule. In addition, all the sessions will be recorded and available online for one month to access when time allows.

Take a look at the schedule below for details on each of the offerings, and sign-up for Exhale into Spring here.
