Happy Spring everyone!

  • Our Prenatal Yin Yoga Pop-up is this Sunday the 27th at 10am! Prepare the mind, breath, and body with lessons for labor in this special In-person class taught by Julia Redman e-RYT 500, at our peaceful Brunswick studio. Space is limited! Register here!

  • Just like the snow, our Winter Restoration Yoga series is coming to a close. This Sunday, 4/27 at 6pm, marks the last time this seasonal restorative, virtual class will be held…until next winter that is. Get your rest on. Sign up here!

  • If this seasonal adjustment period has you feeling a little frustrated, a bit irritated, or downright angry, join me Sunday morning, April 10th at 9am for a free Mood Change Meditation! Hop on Zoom for this 15 min, group meditation experience, bringing mindful awareness to aggravation so we can Let It Go. Grab your coffee and a quiet seat in your house and jump in, just sign up, a link will be sent to you the morning of. No experience necessary, stillness not required.
