This makes dozen’s (about 10 dozen) of cookies. They are great to freeze!
Ingredients:
2 C Flour
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
4 tsp Cinnamon
1 C Peanutbutter
4 C Sugar (I usually decrease to 3C)
6 Eggs
1/2 C milk
4 tsp Vanilla
2 C Raisins
12 oz Chocolate chips
1 C Walnuts
7 C Quick cooking rolled oats
Instructions:
Stir together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
In a large bowl, cream shortening and peanut butter until fluffy.
Add sugar gradually.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat well.
Add flour mixture.
Stir in raisins, chocolate chips, nuts and oats. Mix thoroughly.
Drop by the tablespoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees 10-15 minutes. Do not overtake. They will look soft.
Leave on cookie sheet 2 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
