At Jade Integrated Health, we have an integrated approach to healthcare and wellness. Using multiple modalities, we help to alleviate the mental and physical manifestations of stress and anxiety. Our goal is to provide treatment support as well as to empower patients to build healthy lifestyle habits. Our non-invasive approaches offer both a non-pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical-support treatment plans, which are individualized to each patients specific needs, symptoms and lifestyle.

Physical Therapy: This modality helps improve stress management by introducing physical activity to a patient's daily routine, provide hands-on manual (massage) techniques and inviting the patient to participate in smoothing breathing techniques to improve function as well as reduce stress..  

Acupuncture: This modality is very relaxing! Acupuncture works to balance the nervous system and harmonize our body system to restore health. Acupuncture sessions may also include Tui Na massage, herbal medicine and meditative practice to further the treatment. Often times a patient is so relaxed they fall asleep during the treatment.

Yoga: This modality is the practice of bringing the mental and physical state into harmony. Yoga uses postures, breathing and meditation to put the mind at ease and build a mantra of self-compassion.
