Zeb Browne, LMT

Zeb received his massage training in Richmond, VA in 2015. He completed a 600-hr massage therapy program at the American Institute of Massage (now The Lotus Professional College). Some of his continued education includes training in interpreting underlying musculoskeletal and fascial tension patterns in the body from Tom Myers of Anatomy Trains. He also works with clients who have a history of cancer diagnosis, receiving training through the Society for Oncology Massage (S4OM) foundation course.

He has extensive training, and more importantly experience, working with the effects of trauma, grief and chronic stress in the body. He integrates principles of meditation, mindfulness and neurobiology into his massage therapy practice to facilitate a newfound sense of freedom in his clients to help them relieve the physiological effects of chronic pain, stress and immobility.

Zeb also holds a B.A. in developmental psychology and environmental education. Prior to becoming a massage therapist he worked for over a decade in the field of outdoor education. When he is not in the office he enjoys spending time with his dog, doing deadlifts at the gym, sauna and cold plunges, and exploring the great outdoors.
