Prenatal Yoga

The class conducted in a peaceful environment will promote strength and flexibility, improve circulation, aid digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. An intimate class size allows you to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and concerns, to the wonderful new changes your body and baby are experiencing. This class will emphasize comfortable and safe yoga poses during pregnancy.
